At Ayurveda-uk we aim to help re-enliven Ayurveda - the most ancient
and proven system of health care and bring its benefits to as many people

tailored Ayurvedic counselling (which is proving extremely effective and popular
programme), authentic Ayurvedic herbal/mineral remedies and a variety of Ayurvedic
